Security Policy

1. Reporting a Vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in any Austral Intelligence property — the marketing site, a research or manual page, or one of our platform subdomains (*.austral-intelligence.com) — please report it to us privately before any public disclosure.

Email [email protected] with a description of the issue, the steps to reproduce it, and its potential impact. Please use a subject line starting with [security] so it can be triaged promptly.

2. Scope

This policy covers:

• The public website at austral-intelligence.com and its /es/, /pt/ and /fr/ sections
• Research, manual and radar/newsletter pages published under austral-intelligence.com
• Platform subdomains operated by Austral Intelligence (e.g. platform., faro., guarantees., risk., vfm., and similar *.austral-intelligence.com tools)

Third-party services we rely on (for example our CDN provider) are out of scope; please report issues in those services directly to their own security teams.

3. What Not to Do

To keep testing safe for everyone, please do not:

• Access, modify, or exfiltrate data that is not your own
• Run automated scanners, load tests, or denial-of-service attempts against our infrastructure
• Attempt social engineering, phishing, or physical-access attacks against our staff or facilities
• Publicly disclose a vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to address it

4. What to Expect

We aim to acknowledge reports within a few business days and to keep you informed as we investigate and, where applicable, remediate the issue. We do not currently operate a paid bug-bounty programme, but we are glad to credit researchers who report responsibly, if they wish.

We accept reports in English, Spanish, Portuguese, or French.
